Groovy Jewelz Exclusives realizes that occasionally items are damaged during shipping.  For a full refund on damaged merchandise, please contact us by e-mail within 24-hours of receipt of your purchase.  Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which payment was  made.  Thank you.  

1.  What is the shipping cost?  There is a standard cost of $5.00 shipping cost of all packages weighing less that 12ozs. 

2.  When can I expect my purchase to ship?  Products are shipped every Monday via USPS with an estimate delivery time of  3-5  business days.  

3. Will I receive a tracking number for my purchase.  

Yes, all customers will receive shipping information as soon as your package is prepared for shipping.
